poly-sim.com aggregates publicly available prediction market data, applies probability and analytics frameworks, and presents the results as educational and analytical content. It is not real trading, and nothing on the site places, routes, or executes any order on your behalf.

The Service is not, and does not claim to be, any of the following:

• A financial, investment, tax, or legal adviser
• A licensed broker, dealer, exchange, or regulated trading venue
• A source of guaranteed returns, "winning" picks, tips, or signals
• A promise that any model, score, or analysis will be accurate or profitable

All scores, rankings, model outputs, comparisons, and AI-generated observations are simulation outputs and analytical opinions. They carry no implied recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or avoid any asset, contract, or instrument. Markets and crypto assets carry a substantial risk of loss; you may lose all capital deployed.

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, educational and research purposes. You agree not to:
